With an increasing need to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, an important element of a company's workforce are temporary Candidates. They are used to cover special projects and to manage short-term business growth.

Our Candidates have a wide range of skills, experience and qualifications to carry out work in the engineering sector. When you sign up with us you will be allocated your own Consultant who will work with you to understand your business and the challenges you face. We take Health & Safety very seriously and have a full time experienced Health & Safety Manager to support our operations. In addition we have bespoke back office systems to ensure that our candidate’s competencies, courses and passes remain valid at all times.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility, providing a tailored service to suit each client and demonstrating expertise in supplying complete teams of Candidates during peak production demands.

All our Candidates all take part in an induction session at our offices to ensure they are aware of our latest workmanship standards and the Sprite ethos. Induction & Training

As part of our commitment to staff training and our licensing scheme we have developed our own training facility that houses equipment and systems on almost all of London Underground/TFL’s existing communication assets.

All our candidates take part in a comprehensive induction session at our offices to ensure they are aware of our latest workmanship standards and the Sprite ethos. The inductions are carried out by highly qualified trainers.

Payroll

All our Candidates are paid through one of our approved Limited Companies.
