Induction & Training

As part of our commitment to staff training and our licensing scheme we have developed our own training facility that houses equipment and systems on almost all of London Underground/TFL’s existing communication assets.

All our candidates take part in a comprehensive induction session at our offices to ensure they are aware of our latest workmanship standards and the Sprite ethos. The inductions are carried out by highly qualified trainers.

Payroll

Our systems can deal with Limited Company subcontractors or temporary staff on PAYE. Contractors paid through our payroll services system will have one of our consultants appointed as their Account Manager and have direct contact with our payroll department. They will be able to submit authorised timesheets by fax and receive weekly payment by BACS.
